2014石墨烯國際研討會2014-10-13



2004年第一個孤立石墨烯發現後迄今已有十載,目前製作石墨烯技術,在膜方面:已能直接成長石墨烯膜於絕緣基材上;在粉方面,已可穩定生產製作表面無官能基且少數層之石墨烯粉;在奈米石墨烯壁方面,正朝大面積化的方向開發。這些研究突破有助於石墨烯在機械、電機、電子、通訊、光電、生醫及能源等領域的應用。本研討會將邀請海內外學者專家演講石墨烯之基礎、分析、設備、製程、及應用。

There have been ten years since the discovery of the first isolated graphene. Currently there are three respects in technology of graphene manufacturing. Firstly, in the form of film, graphene can be grown directly on insulator substrate. Secondly, in the form of powder, graphene can be stably produced with few layers without functional group on the surface. Thirdly, in the form of graphene nanowalls, graphene can be deposited in large area. These research breakthroughs help to develop the applications of graphene in mechanical, electric, electronic, communication, photoelectric, biomedical and energy fields. We will invite international and domestic scholars and experts to speak about the fundamentals, analysis, equipment, manufacturing processes, and applications of graphene.
